El pescador

El Pescador, Spanish for “The Fisherman”, it is one of our most interesting buildings and a guest favorite due to its unique and open design. Originally El Pescador was a simple corrugated steel building; the plan to reuse the space quickly developed when Dan and Darlene purchased the property. In 2017 it was transformed into the home you see today. While parts of the original structure are still visible, during your stay you will feel surrounded by luxury. The decor is a modern industrial with a touch of beach house vibe. This home has a stocked commercial kitchen, large dining and living area, two lavish bedrooms with private baths, an exclusive deck and an outdoor fire pit. El Pescador can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. This space is situated between La Aldea and Estable with wakling paths to each.It is the perfect place for a fun ladies’ retreat, bachelorette party or family getaway. Relax, open the garage doors, and breath in that fresh Hill Country air!

“We stayed at Asante for a girls weekend getaway and everything was fantastic. We stayed in the El Pescador house. The house is open and has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with a full kitchen. I CAN NOT say enough about how beautiful it was. The entertaining area is open and has 2 garage doors that are clear so there was nothing stopping our view. It rained the first night and the sound of the rain in the metal roof put me to sleep.

No details were spared either. All the essentials in the kitchen, washer and dryer, extra blanket, flat screens in the rooms and living area, razors, tooth brush and toothpaste in case you forgot yours. Attention was in the details here. The home was clean and the beds comfy. Thanks for helping us make lasting memories here!!”
